Berger Rental Communities celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Woodland Hills Apartments in Middletown, PA on June 7th. The afternoon consisted of apartment tours, the reveal of the clubhouse, and speaking engagements from Dan Berger (President), Nicole Loser (Regional Manager), and distinguished guest, Congressman Scott Perry. During Congressman Perry’s remarks, he stated “I actually marvel at the speed at which you finished this process. I think this truly is a success story,” referencing how quickly the community has found residents and how on-schedule the construction has been.
