Turkey Day is a time to give thanks for all that you have and pay it forward. Each year, the Thanksgiving Day MS Run presents the perfect opportunity to give back. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society hosts races all over the country that raise money for MS research and provide exercisers an opportunity to preemptively burn off that turkey.

Join the thousands of other runners as they gather at the PNC Bank Center bright and early on Thanksgiving morning to get your adrenaline pumping. The run actually consists of four separate races: 10K and 5K runs, a 5K walk, and a one-mile Kiddie Run. If you opt for the longer 10K, make sure you’re at the starting line ahead of 9 a.m.. The 5K will depart at 10:30 a.m., so you have a little more time to get to the course. If you register ASAP, you’ll score one of the Thanksgiving Day MS Run long-sleeved tees, and you can also opt to have your packet mailed directly to you at Greenview at Chestnut Run to avoid making a special trip to pick it up.
