Since 1995, locals have been flocking for the freshest goods each week at the West Chester Growers Market. With only 10 farmers to start, this market has evolved over the years to become a place where shoppers can browse an impressive variety of organic, high-quality eats each week. Now that May has come around, the market is back every Saturday at the corner of Church and Chestnut streets, not far from Audubon Manor.

What do people love most about the market? The incredible variety of vendors, the quality of the produce and goods they bring, the lively atmosphere with smiles and music galore, the hometown feel and of course, buying local. Depending on the week, you’ll find different vendors selling everything from sweet breads and pies, crisp fruits and veggies, quality meats and cheeses to tea blends and decadent wines, pastas, breads and so much more. Check out their website for a full list of vendors that take part.
