Multifamily Housing

Human Resources

In an HR internship, students gain hands-on experience supporting real HR functions while learning how people operations work within a multi-site, multi-family organization. Interns will be exposed to recruiting, employee engagement, payroll and the everyday process that keep teams supported and thriving.

In an Operations Internship, students gain hand-on experience in how a multifamily housing portfolio is run day-to-day. Interns learn how to contribute to initiatives that drive occupancy, performance, and overall resident satisfaction.
