The tagline at The Bread Pedaler is simple, but it says a lot: “Fresh, local, organic.” These are the main tenets of the kitchen, where the chef enlists locally sourced, pesticide-free ingredients to create unique sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items. If you haven’t been to the eatery since it opened near Creekside South in August, stop by for breakfast or lunch.

For breakfast, the kitchen team crafts healthy dishes such as the Mediterranean bowl with wilted spinach and kale, halloumi cheese, tapenade, tomatoes, a sunny-side-up egg, and a final drizzle of tzatziki sauce. You can also savor a slice of avocado toast with garlic butter, tomatoes, and a balsamic reduction. A little later in the day, try one of the sandwiches or salads, like the Market Fresh Vegetable sammy. The kitchen team stuffs multigrain bread with hummus, sauteed mushrooms and onions, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, and sprouts to create this tasty masterpiece.
