October 27, 2017 – Berger Rental Communities had their annual retreat this week in the beautiful and historic Gettysburg, PA at Liberty Mountain resort. The retreat was bigger and better than ever and all of BRC’s fundamentals were in full display as team members proved they were “fundamentally awesome”. BRC had guest speakers and breakout sessions to help give team members a chance to continue their education and also provide feedback. Our awards dinner recognized our top performing communities and team members who have accomplished outstanding results in the past 12 months. The two-day event was filled with celebration, training, team building, and recognition and would like to thank all sponsors who donated to the retreat and attended events.
