The West Chester Film Festival actually consists of three festivals: the West Chester Family Film Festival, the West Chester Young Filmmaker Film Festival, and the main fest. Each arm of the festival focuses on a different type of movie or filmmaker, but they all showcase internationally sourced flicks that last for 30 minutes or less.

The West Chester Film Festival unfolds at venues around town, but none of them are too far from The Greentree Building. So check out the itinerary and choose a few short films to check out. You'll notice that a handful of the films were nominated for Oscars—any of these movies is a good place to start. You can also attend free workshops and meet-and-greets with the filmmakers when the West Chester Film Fest comes to town from April 27th to the 29th.
