January 2018 – One of the hardest things for a leader to do is have really honest conversations with their team. You can’t expect better results if you’re not having honest conversations. Stop talking about people and start talking to them. The very best leaders all have this in common. They are great communicators. Everyone knows what’s expected of them and they know if they are executing on those expectations.
